Request a lower-floor room when booking if stairs are difficult; the apartments are on the 3rd floor with many stairs across A and B blocks.
What guests mention
Guests tend to love these apartments for their exceptional Old Town position, just moments from the Main Square, as well as the generous space and comfortable beds. In-apartment conveniences such as a coffee machine and kettle add to the easy, self-catered feel, and many visitors leave having thoroughly enjoyed their stay. The main drawbacks are practical ones: the building has no elevator, making higher floors challenging with bags, and central-city noise can occasionally be noticeable.

About Apartments ROMAN
Apartments ROMAN pairs the character of old Kraków with the freedom of an apartment stay. Set in the 14th-century Kamienica Niderlandowska, the property has a handsome historic setting, including a classical façade and early-Baroque entrance, while the individual apartments are furnished in their own distinct styles. Choices range from compact studios to two-bedroom layouts and generous apartments of up to 100 square metres, with the practical comforts needed to settle in rather than simply pass through.
The address is the real draw: at the corner of Gołębia and Bracka, in Kraków’s Old Town, and roughly 100 metres from the Cloth Hall and Main Square. It is an easy base for couples on a city break, families needing room to spread out, friends travelling together, or business visitors who prefer space and independence over a conventional hotel. Expect kitchens or kitchen facilities with useful touches such as a kettle and coffee machine, plus the restaurants, sights and taxis of the centre close at hand.
Guests especially appreciate the central, walk-everywhere location, roomy interiors and comfortable beds, often describing their stay warmly. The historic building does come with a trade-off: there is no lift, so upper-floor apartments, including those on the third floor, may not suit guests with heavy luggage or limited mobility. Being so close to the action can also mean some street noise, particularly for light sleepers.
