Guests tend to love the hotel’s peaceful, elegant feel: landscaped grounds, attractive contemporary rooms and a well-kept overall setting make a strong impression. The pools, spa and generous room sizes are particular highlights, while many guests describe the team as genuinely welcoming and attentive from arrival through departure. Kimpton Aysla Mallorca is a polished, romantic retreat with a distinctly unhurried Mediterranean rhythm. Contemporary architecture, leafy grounds and light-filled interiors set a calm tone, while spacious, design-led rooms make it feel more like a stylish private escape than a conventional resort. Come evening, the mood shifts easily from poolside lounging to organic wine, cocktails and Mediterranean cooking.
Set in Santa Ponsa, on Mallorca’s southwest coast and within easy reach of Palma, the hotel is well placed for beach days, golf at nearby T Golf and quieter resort downtime. There are three pools to choose from, including a notably large indoor pool, plus a 24-hour gym and the CODAGE spa for proper switching off. It suits couples after a serene break, but the family pool and nearby tennis facilities also make it practical for active families and groups.
Guests regularly single out the beautiful setting, generous rooms and excellent spa area, with many saying the welcome feels thoughtful from check-in onward. The reception and front-office teams earn frequent praise, as does the relaxed social hour. A few visitors, however, have found communication uneven at times, and some feel restaurant prices and extra charges take the edge off an otherwise deeply relaxing stay.
