Set across 40 hectares of countryside, it pairs understated contemporary design with the warmth of a working Mediterranean landscape. There are just 25 individually considered rooms, many with private outdoor space, and the mood is deliberately unhurried: come for quiet mornings, long lunches and the luxury of having nowhere pressing to be.

In Montuïri, roughly in the centre of Mallorca, the finca offers a peaceful counterpoint to the busier coast while keeping Palma and much of the island within day-trip range. It suits couples, honeymooners, wellness-minded travellers and cyclists especially well. Jacaranda puts local market produce at the centre of its changing menus, while the 250-square-metre Único Spa has a heated indoor pool, treatment rooms, relaxation spaces and a fireplace; outside, the pool is made for slow afternoons.
