The real showstopper is upstairs, where the sixth-floor Skybar pairs a pool, whirlpool and drinks service with wide views across the bay and the changing colours of sunset.

The hotel sits directly by the sea in Cala Millor, putting the beach at your doorstep rather than a shuttle ride away. It is a particularly good fit for couples and friends seeking a polished base with a little buzz, but without the family-resort feel. When you are not by the water, there is a gym, sauna and bar on hand for quieter downtime.
